Alan is hiring Senior Revenue Operations to own end-to-end effectiveness initiatives across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will design, build, and scale automated workflows using low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, and SQL. The role demands hands-on execution, strong ownership, and the ability to drive adoption across multiple teams.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to reduce CAC and improve sales efficiency, with a focus on measurable business impact and change management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops or Sales Effectiveness in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong ownership of initiatives end-to-end from design to measurement.
• Hands-on with SQL, low-code tools, and Salesforce configurations.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end, from roadmap to adoption.
• Identify gaps in sales processes and design smarter workflows.
• Evaluate tools, run tests, and roll out impactful solutions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Finance to optimize CAC.
