Bigblue in Paris is seeking a RevOps Lead to structure, scale, and lead Revenue Operations across France, Spain, the UK, and Germany. You will align Sales, Marketing, and leadership with processes, tools, reporting, enablement, and operational support to reach ambitious growth targets.

You will build scalable systems, coach the RevOps team, own the roadmap, and partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize deals, forecasting, dashboards, and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Business Ops, Strategy, or similar in a fast-growing B2B environment.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilités

• RevOps Strategy & Team Leadership: define roadmap and lead RevOps team across offer ops, CRM/data, dashboards, and enablement.
• Sales Operations, Processes & Tooling: standardize sales processes and optimize HubSpot and other revenue tools.
• Reporting, Performance & Business Insights: build dashboards and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Offer, Pricing & Contract Operations: oversee pricing and contract workflows with cross-functional partners.
• Enablement, Documentation & Adoption: structure enablement and ensure processes and tools are documented and adopted.
