Retarus is seeking a Senior Product Consultant to act as a technical advisor to account managers and to translate complex customer requirements into value-driven solutions. You will support the sales cycle with deep technical expertise and help position Retarus products in the market.

You will plan and conduct client meetings, workshops, and product demonstrations, collaborating with the sales team and product groups to ensure winning proposals and successful deployments globally.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or a degree in (business) information technology or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in technical sales, presales, IT consulting, or IT support.
• Extensive experience and technical knowledge in the areas of EDI, IDP, business process automation, or a comparable field.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a technical sparring partner for account managers and translate customer requirements into smart solutions.
• Support the sales team with in-depth technical expertise to position products effectively.
• Plan and lead client meetings, workshops and product demos; represent Retarus at industry events.
• Respond to technical and proposal inquiries from the sales team, especially RFPs.
• Develop precise solution concepts and cost estimates for tailored proposals.
• Identify market trends via customer interactions and share insights with the product team.
