Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead relationships with strategic technology accounts in a remote role based in France. You will drive adoption, develop personalized success plans, and advocate for customer needs across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.

You will translate complex technical topics into business outcomes, manage churn risk, and influence product evolution through customer feedback in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing tech role.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with source control: Git, SVN or Perforce.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience in DevSecOps or application security is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with customer growth focus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers and build long-term relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins to gauge adoption and business needs.
• Develop and execute personalized success plans to maximize platform value.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver executive business reviews for technical and executive buyers.
• Work with Support to resolve issues and communicate effectively.
• Submit and track customer feature requests with Product; advocate for roadmap improvements.
• Represent the voice of the customer to shape product capabilities and practices.
• De-escalate urgent situations to prevent churn and dissatisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Contribute to product documentation and internal processes to improve service quality.
• Evolve customer success practices for a scalable technical account management approach.
