C12 is seeking a Senior People Partner to support its growing teams in Paris. This role involves collaborating with managers on talent decisions, enhancing leadership capabilities, and navigating people challenges.

With a focus on building high-performing teams, you will be a trusted advisor and key partner to the Head of Operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, strong coaching skills, and a passion for leadership development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, preferably in a scale-up.
• Experience in engineering or scientific organizations is a plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to various people challenges.

Responsabilités

• Establish strong relationships with managers and support them through the entire HR cycle.
• Provide coaching for managers in daily leadership challenges.
• Advise on employee engagement and talent management strategies.
