Tryriot is seeking an experienced People Leader to drive performance management, shape team effectiveness, and support leadership development. You will own performance reviews, probation processes, and improvement plans while guiding managers on complex people topics in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a senior People Business Partner/People Leadership role in a high-growth environment.
Proven track record advising and coaching senior managers on complex people topics.
Strong business judgment with ability to challenge managers constructively.
Solid knowledge of French labor law and hands-on handling of legal People topics.
Thrives in fast-moving orgs where roles and structures evolve.

Responsabilités

Own Riot’s performance framework, including probation and performance reviews.
Support managers on team effectiveness and structure; advise on complex people situations.
Develop managers through frameworks and onboarding resources.
Drive talent planning and succession thinking with leadership.
Map and mitigate People legal risks; ensure compliance.
