Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor to join the Paris office, partnering with senior leaders and delivering high-quality HR services across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. You will support colleagues and partners by guiding people initiatives, talent development, and HR governance in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum five years’ HR Advisor or HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR practices.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment would be advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
• Confident with HR systems, people data and emerging technologies (AI).
• Highly proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders and teams; act as trusted advisor to Partners and managers.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development and org effectiveness.
• Support engagement initiatives, talent reviews, salary reviews and people-related business planning.
• Manage onboarding, promotions, probation, family leave, absence and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with payroll and recruitment to ensure a seamless experience for colleagues.
• Contribute to diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
