Norton Rose Fulbright in Paris is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor to join the Europe team. You will partner with leaders to deliver proactive HR services to Partners, managers and staff, advising on employee relations, performance, talent development and organisational effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). English is essential.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and HR practices.
• Experience within a law firm and/or professional services environment is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
• Confidence working with HR systems, people data and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Highly proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion and integrity.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leaders and teams; provide trusted HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development and organisational effectiveness.
• Manage onboarding, promotions, probation, family leave, absence management and off-boarding processes.
• Support recruitment and employer branding; collaborate with Recruitment Centre of Excellence and Early Careers initiatives.
• Advise on learning and career development; support local and global programmes.
• Coordinate global mobility and international assignments with mobility specialists and providers.
• Maintain high data quality and HR governance across systems; analyse people metrics for decision-making; lead HR projects.
