• Experience leading major HR transformation programmes.
• Experience working in an international consulting environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead across HR Transformation, HR Strategy and Operating Model, and HR Service Delivery models.
• Drive the development of the HR Transformation proposition and growth areas.
• Originate consulting opportunities and build senior client relationships.
• Advise CHROs and senior HR leaders on transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate internationally to grow the practice and teams.
