Proton Technologies in Paris is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support our Sales and Marketing teams. In this role, you will address organizational challenges while helping leaders make effective people decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in HRBP roles within SaaS companies and be familiar with French labour law. Join our team and help us build high-performing organizations with a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years experience in HRBP or People Partner roles in a SaaS company.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or GTM teams.
• Track record of solving people problems and improving team performance.

Responsabilités

• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to provide clear recommendations.
• Lead people initiatives that improve team performance.
• Support leaders through periods of rapid growth and change.

Connaissances

Experience in HRBP or People Partner roles

Knowledge of French labour law

Strong experience in performance management

Ability to diagnose complex issues

Formation

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
