You'll help navigate HR challenges, develop leadership skills, and collaborate with the People Operations team. Ideal candidates will have extensive HR experience, particularly in scale-up environments, and a passion for fostering effective team dynamics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a scale-up.
• Experience in engineering or scientific organizations is advantageous.
• Ability to drive complicated conversations and build trust with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Establish trusted relationships with managers and support across HR processes.
• Provide coaching on leadership challenges and performance management.
• Advise on strategies for employee engagement and retention.
• Assist with organizational changes and ensure effective communication.
• Contribute to defining management practices and onboarding experiences.
• Organize management training and development initiatives.
• Gather feedback to improve People practices.
• Act as a liaison for performance reviews between managers and the People team.
