Jobtailor in France seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for multiple group entities and ensure accurate declarations. You will handle payslips, settlements, and detailed reporting within a compliant framework.

The role requires 10+ years in payroll or accounting, expert Excel skills (Pivot, Macros, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with Pléiades, Studio and Business Objects. You will work with the Payroll Department and uphold strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in payroll or accounting.
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent Excel skills with pivot tables, macros and VLOOKUP.
Knowledge of Pléiades, Studio and Business Objects would be an asset.
Organized, rigorous, and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Good command of common IT tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
Strong teamworking skills.

Responsabilités

Process approximately 300 payslips for 5 group companies.
Enter and verify payroll components.
Submit statutory declarations and payments to social security agencies.
Prepare full and final settlement statements.
Prepare payroll reports.
Prepare provision schedules for paid leave and end-of-service benefits.
Analyze and reconcile payroll accounting entries.
Prepare the company's profit-sharing files.
Prepare consolidated compensation summary tables at group level.
Collaborate with the Payroll Department under the supervision of the Deputy Payroll Manager.
