Jobtailor is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll production in France and ensure timely processing for multiple sites. You will collect, analyse and enter payroll variables, validate items, and correct anomalies while maintaining high quality and compliance with legal rules.

You will verify payslips, produce regulatory certificates, archive data, and support employee cases in partnership with Employee Relations Officers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in payroll, HR management or personnel administration.
• Proven experience in payroll management in a structured environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, data control and social/employment law.
• Comfortable with HRIS tools and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Rigour, confidentiality and reliability.
• Analytical ability and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support individual situations.

Responsabilités

• Payroll production and validation.
• Process payroll within deadlines for relevant sites.
• Collect, analyse and enter payroll variables in compliance with rules.
• Check payroll items, correct anomalies and ensure quality.
• Verify payslips and documents produced by external provider.
• Produce regulatory certificates and archive data.
• Support employee cases with Employee Relations Officers.
• Provide technical expertise for payroll treatments.
• Respond to employee inquiries with clarity and service.
• Ensure operational procedures are followed by stakeholders.
• Analyze malfunctions and propose corrective actions.
• Contribute to HRIS tools and payroll process improvements.
• Draft operating procedures and keep them updated.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs and activity reports.
• Act as the key contact for payroll information systems.
• Provide technical support to internal partners.
