Jobtailor in Île-de-France (Puteaux) is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead outsourced payroll operations for multiple clients. You will define payroll calendars, supervise every step of payroll processing, and ensure accuracy of time input, calculations, settlements, and payslips.

The role involves collaboration with social authorities, handling HRIS and payroll software like Silae, and managing a small team of payroll administrators.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary qualification).
• At least 5 years' experience in a firm (accounting or payroll firm preferred).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Comfortable with HRIS and other HR software.
• Proficient in Silae.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Management of outsourced payroll: defining and ensuring adherence to the payroll calendar.
• Execution of the full payroll process: importing time & attendance and payroll variables, payroll checks, full and final settlements, and post-employment payslips.
• Preparation of bank transfers, statutory social declarations, post-pay reports, accounting statements and reporting.
• Management of relationships with social authorities on behalf of clients.
• Monitoring of social and regulatory developments.
• Technical support for payroll administrators.
• Line management of payroll administrators.
• Monitoring payroll activity and client satisfaction.
• Conducting regular review meetings to track team evaluations.
