Jobtailor in France seeks an experienced payroll professional to own the payroll process end-to-end, ensuring accurate variable pay, bonuses, and social contributions. The role requires strict adherence to legal requirements and coordination with HR and Finance.

You will ensure DSN declarations are prepared correctly, manage URSSAF relations, and participate in audits and CIR-related activities. Fluency in French and professional English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's to Master's degree in HR, Payroll, Accounting, or Labor Law.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in payroll and personnel administration.
• Experience preparing DSN declarations and managing URSSAF relations.
• Fluent in French with professional English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Own the payroll end-to-end, from collecting variable pay elements to issuing payslips.
• Ensure payrolls comply with legal requirements and collective bargaining agreements.
• Communicate salary changes to ADP for configuration.
• Prepare and control DSN declarations.
• Liaise with URSSAF, pension funds, health insurers, unemployment services, and other bodies.
• Support managers and employees on payroll-related questions.
