CloudPay is seeking an Associate French Payroll Specialist who will manage the payroll process for clients in France. The successful candidate will ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with French statutory requirements while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include managing payroll activities, ensuring compliance with legislation, reconciling reports, and collaborating with the Implementation team. This role requires proficiency in both French and English and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in payroll processing, with knowledge of complex payroll scenarios.
• Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements and statutory reporting.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze payroll related information.

Responsabilités

• Manage payroll activities and ensure compliance with French legislation.
• Reconcile payroll reports for accuracy prior to processing.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and validate outputs.

Connaissances

Proficiency in French and English (B2 minimum)

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Strong time management and administrative skills
