Onoff in Paris is seeking a senior SDR focused on outbound prospecting, helping build a pipeline and progress toward a Full-Cycle AE. You will generate new leads, handle cold outreach, and close small deals (low MRR) in a fast-moving startup.

The role demands high activity (60 calls/day, 10 meetings/day), ABM account targeting, off-script conversations, and the ability to work across phone, email, and LinkedIn. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of outbound SDR experience.
• Strong listening skills and off-script communication.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
• High energy, organized, and target-driven.
• Willing to advance to an AE role in the future.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Outbound prospecting to build a qualified pipeline.
