Hightouch is seeking a Sales Development Representative (EMEA) to join the Paris team. The role focuses on generating top-of-the-funnel leads and building scalable outreach processes. You will engage engineers, marketers, and operations teams with a fluent French background.

You will work closely with the growth team to tailor outreach to target accounts, and you’ll help refine sales processes as part of a growing SDR team. This position is based in Paris and requires a French-speaking candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience engaging customers and prospects is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Interest in technology and data domains is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-growth startup.

Responsabilités

• Outreach to prospects via cold calls, text, emails, and campaigns.
• Research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts.
• Devise creative channels to guide prospects to the free trial.
• Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
• Execute against monthly targets.
• Monitor signups in Slack and schedule meetings with the sales org.
