Magellan is a leading international Management and Technology Consulting Group guiding clients through transformation journeys. We seek a seasoned Senior Manager in Talent BA to lead HRIS talent transformations, blending HR business knowledge with HRIS functional expertise.

You will advise on onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, and compensation, while managing UAT, change, and deployment of HRIS solutions. Strong client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a consulting firm in Talent BA or related roles.
• Led assignments involving at least one HRIS solution such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, CSOD, etc.
• Strong listening ability and the capacity to structure and analyze information; comfortable with numbers.
• Ability to bridge business needs with HR technology solutions.

Responsabilités

• Advisory and functional support across Talent domains (onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation, competencies, talent reviews).
• Business and functional UAT management.
• Change management.
• Solution deployment and post-deployment support.
• Optimisation of operational efficiency by leveraging HR data.
• Process modelling.
• Recruitment of future consultants and developing business proposals.
