Magellan in Paris is seeking a Senior Manager Talent BA (M/F) to lead advisory and functional support across Talent domains, including onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, and performance.

You will manage business and functional UAT, drive change management, deploy HRIS solutions, and leverage HR data to improve operational efficiency while contributing to client relationships and corporate life.

HRIS Talent transformations require a dual competency spanning HR business knowledge and HRIS functional expertise. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Manager in Talent BA.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Manager Talent BA (M/F), you work on the following missions:
