Magellan in Paris seeks an experienced BA Team Talent Manager to lead HRIS transformations across onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance and compensation. You will consult with clients, model processes and manage UAT in a dynamic environment.

You will bridge business needs with HRIS solutions, drive change management, deploy systems and optimise HR data while contributing to client relationships and the growth of the Practice.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of experience within a consulting firm in similar roles.
• You have completed assignments involving at least one leading HRIS solution such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, CSOD, etc.
• You have a keen listening ability and know how to structure the information you gather.
• You are comfortable with numbers and bridging business needs with solutions.

Responsabilités

• Consulting and functional support across Talent domains (onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation, skills, talent reviews).
• Management of business and functional UAT.
• Change management: operational delivery of the change management strategy.
• Solution deployment and post-deployment support.
• Optimisation of operational efficiency by driving HR data.
• Process modelling.
• Participating in recruitment of future consultants.
• Developing business and contributing to commercial proposals, engaging in pre-sales.
• Sustaining client relationships through commitment and professionalism.
• Active participation in the life of the Practice and the Group.
