You will advise on scoping and delivery of high-stakes transformation projects, define organisations, roles, mobility and recruitment frameworks, and analyse the company’s professions and competencies for practical application.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HR or organizational management from a top-tier school or postgraduate program.
• 3–5 years of experience within a consulting firm.
• Keen listening ability and the ability to gather and use information.
• Autonomy and initiative will be assets for success.

Job Description

HR transformation (organisation, roles, mobility, processes, social aspects, change management) requires deep sector expertise. This role targets an experienced HR Transformation Consultant with a background in strategic and operational HR consulting.

Your Missions

Qualifications

Profile:

• With a Master’s degree (Bac+5), you hold a degree from a top-tier school or a postgraduate university program specialized in Human Resources or organizational management.
• You are a recent graduate or have 3 to 5 years of experience within a consulting firm and are looking for a role with varied assignments.
• You have keen listening ability and know how to use the information you gather.
• You are comfortable speaking up and sharing your ideas. Autonomy and the ability to take initiative will be assets for success.
