Magellan is seeking a Manager to lead transformation programs covering Payroll Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR. You will operate autonomously on high-stakes projects within multi-disciplinary teams.

The role focuses on strategic roadmaps, RFI/RFP processes, process optimisation and change management, with a strong emphasis on client impact and business results.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field from a top-tier institution.
• At least 5 years in consulting or HR/payroll function with transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of Payroll and HR Admin‑Payroll/Time & Attendance IS.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR transformation projects.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and ROI-focused engagement strategies.
• Manage RFI/RFP processes and tool adaptations.
• Audit and optimise HR administration and payroll processes.
• Build client relationships and contribute to commercial proposals.
