You will manage business and functional UAT, drive change management, deploy HRIS solutions, and leverage HR data to improve operational efficiency while contributing to client relationships and corporate life.

Responsabilités

• Advisory and functional support across Talent domains (onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation, competencies, talent reviews)
• Business and functional UAT management
• Change management
• Solution deployment and post-deployment support
• Optimisation of operational efficiency by leveraging HR data
• Process modelling
• Participating in the recruitment of future consultants
• Developing business and contributing to commercial proposals
• Sustaining client relationships through commitment and professionalism
• Actively participating in the life of the Practice and the Group
