Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in leveraged finance or investment banking.
• Established private equity sponsor relationships.
• Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and financial accounting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams.
• Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Familiarity with credit documentation and the structuring of non-investment grade loan transactions.
• Bachelor's degree from a top tier College/University.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with private equity sponsors (focus on energy/infrastructure).
• Develop and maintain marketing material promoting SG CIB’s capabilities and support pitches to clients and prospects.
• Assist in transaction execution: due diligence, credit analysis, modeling, financing offers, documentation.
• Cross-sell capital markets and core banking products to sponsor clients.
• Keep abreast of market developments to maintain structuring skills.
• Organize or contribute to other tasks in department development.
