Job summary

BIP France is seeking a Senior Manager / Director to lead its Energy & Utilities practice in France, with a focus on electricity and gas retail markets. You will combine senior consulting leadership with client development and strategy execution.

The role requires 10+ years in top consulting firms, deep knowledge of the French energy sector, and ability to manage complex transformation programs across sales, customer operations and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at major Energy clients.

• Lead complex business transformation and advisory projects, ensuring quality and business impact.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consulting teams and provide senior guidance throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to client development and business growth, supporting the expansion of BIP’s Energy & Utilities presence in France.
