Qualifications

• Solid experience in structuring and coordinating complex syndicated and bilateral financing transactions.
• Solid knowledge of Investment Banking environment, including company valuation, financial analysis and structured finance products.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative risk assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and work under demanding deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Define and develop market approach strategy for the French market to originate Structured Finance transactions across Corporate & Acquisition Finance, Project & Asset Finance, and Commercial Real Estate.
• Collaborate with global Structured Finance product heads on commercial approaches tailored to the French market.
• Prepare presentation materials, financing proposals and participate in client marketing with the France Corporate Banking team.
• Coordinate with peers across other banks to maximise participation in financing transactions.
• Analyse project business plans, build base-case financial models and perform valuations where required.
• Lead internal credit approval and present transactions to relevant committees with Risk input.
