Job summary

Infrassocs Limited in Paris is seeking a Senior Associate to join its lean investment team. The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from origination through to portfolio management, within a European infrastructure and energy transition focus.

You will lead workstreams on live transactions, coordinate due diligence with advisers, and draft Investment Committee materials while supporting negotiations, portfolio monitoring, and market research to source opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years' experience in investment banking or M&A advisory, ideally with an infrastructure or energy focus.
• Buy-side and sell-side M&A deal experience.
• Excellent financial modelling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch.
• Outstanding academic background.
• Commercially sharp, with clear and concise communication.
• Collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading key workstreams on live transactions, including financial modelling, valuation and commercial analysis.
• Coordinating due diligence with external advisers.
• Assessing investment opportunities and identifying key risks and value creation levers.
• Drafting Investment Committee materials.
• Supporting negotiations and transaction documentation.
• Supporting portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.
• Contributing to origination through market research and network building.
