Alma in Paris is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of large accounts, negotiate and retain relationships with key merchants. You will work closely with Onboarding, Training, and Support teams to ensure success.

You will deliver meaningful insights, identify up-sell opportunities, and develop strategic plans to maximise conversion and turnover. You will voice merchant feedback to Product & Engineering, helping to improve the Alma solution and merchant experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and full professional proficiency in English are mandatory.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Account Management within Retail is preferred.
