Bigblue is seeking a Senior Account Manager to retain and grow key European D2C accounts from Paris. You will lead strategic partnerships, translate merchant feedback into action, and drive growth through cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, and sales.

The role is hybrid in Paris with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and identifying new opportunities to expand merchant relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role with regular stakeholder interactions in logistics.
• Native level of French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Willing to relocate to Paris or based there.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor by connecting service, cost, and performance to business impact.
• Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants.
• Support stakeholders in their day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services.
• Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights and market trends.
• Optimize internal processes and tools to improve the overall customer experience.
