Alma is seeking an Account Manager in Paris to manage a portfolio of large merchants and collaborate with the Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams to ensure enduring partnerships. You will deliver insights on merchant performance and identify growth opportunities, driving Alma's strategic outcomes.
You will be fluent in French with strong English, and you will help partners maximize value while expanding Alma's footprint across Europe. This role is based in Paris.
Competenze
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales or Account Management in Retail.
- Coachable with strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluent French and professional English are mandatory.
- Commercial skills: enjoy identifying mutual gains and closing deals.
- Autonomous in portfolio management using KPI measurements.
Mansioni
- Manage, negotiate and retain a portfolio of large accounts.
- Deliver meaningful insights by analyzing merchant performance.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Be the voice of merchants with Product & Engineering teams.
