Job summary

Alma in Paris is seeking an Account Performance Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 200 strategic merchants, online and offline, generating €1M–€3M in annual turnover with Alma.

Your role is to understand each merchant's business, identify opportunities for growth, maximize the partnership value and prevent churn through data-driven recommendations as Alma expands across Europe.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience managing strategic B2B accounts and advising clients on business challenges.
• Strong interest in fintech and payments; ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
• Autonomous, organized and capable of managing a portfolio with prioritized actions.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant performance by building relationships and using dashboards to identify opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities such as upselling, pricing optimization, and international expansion.
• Improve profitability by conducting analyses and implementing action plans.
• Prevent merchant churn with data-driven recommendations and market insight.
• Support Alma's international growth and cross-functional collaboration.
