Job summary

Alma is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive multi-million-euro enterprise deals across Europe from its Paris base. You will own strategic accounts, engage with C-levels, and work with CRO, legal and finance to craft compelling ROI-driven cases.

You should be fluent in French and English, comfortable navigating long, complex sales cycles, and capable of shaping Alma’s enterprise motion with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of B2B Enterprise sales experience.
• Experience closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Fluent French & English in professional contexts.
• Ability to engage with CEOs, MDs and CFOs with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build pipeline for enterprise accounts in France across verticals.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close (6–18 months).
• Coordinate with CRO, CEO and partners; manage RFPs and contracts.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
