Mirakl Connect Engineering is seeking an engineering leader to join the team led by Jean-Yves Cazac. You’ll directly lead two squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—representing about 12 engineers based in Paris and Bordeaux, with some collaboration with the US.

Location: Paris or Bordeaux, one day remote per week. The role requires 4–5 years of proven management of engineering teams, a strong Java background, and experience in ecommerce or marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams (5–6 engineers or more).
• Proven ecommerce/marketplaces domain experience.
• Strong Java background and architectural judgment.

Responsabilités

• Lead two squads delivering Seller Experience and Channel Integration.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define priorities and trade-offs.
• Coach engineers, raise quality, and drive scalable architectures.
