Mirakl Connect Engineering leads two squads in Paris/Bordeaux, collaborating with US teams to shape how sellers and brands connect across marketplaces. You’ll drive architecture decisions, ensure scalable, reliable delivery, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product and Design to translate business needs into concrete plans.

The role requires strong Java, cloud, and microservices experience, with a track record of delivering in fast‑moving, global environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, delivering multi‑team projects.
• Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, channel management, or related domains.
• Strong Java background with ability to challenge architecture decisions and guide teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead 2 squads (Seller Experience and Channel Integration) ~12 engineers, Paris/Bordeaux with US coordination.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into execution plans.
• Define priorities and trade‑offs to balance speed, quality, and technical sustainability.
• Drive technical direction, scalable architectures, testing, observability and incident management.
• Coach engineers and tech leads, support growth, and attract top talent.
