Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline with 5+ years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years in IT operations or L2 support for large-scale systems.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned change and release-management processes.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, Knowledge).
• Proficiency with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and container orchestration.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration-management tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware and integration tech, IAM (OAuth2, SAML, etc.).
• Familiarity with observability and data transformation tools.
