SEIDOR is seeking an experienced Operations Support Engineer for a long-term project supporting mission-critical European IT systems at eu-LISA. Location is Strasbourg, France, on-site, with a duration of up to 48 months.

You will provide operational support for complex IT applications and infrastructure, manage incidents and changes, monitor systems, and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and authentication technologies to ensure service stability and availability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT operations and application support.
• Experience with ITSM processes and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with container orchestration and observability technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and configuration-management tools.
• Knowledge of APIs/gateways and event-streaming/message middleware.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies such as OAuth2, OIDC and SAML.
• Experience with database monitoring, backup and recovery.
• Knowledge of hardening, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Contribute to database monitoring, backup and recovery.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and contribute to service stability and availability.
