Job summary

Gorgias in Paris seeks a skilled GTM/AI engineer to own the AI agents that power GTM workflows. You will ship working agents quickly, debug broken workflows across Cargo, HubSpot, and Customer.io, and ensure business outcomes align with user needs.

Your role requires hands-on experience with LLM applications, prompt design, and API integrations, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and CS to maximize impact. Fluent English is essential, French a plus, and the team is based in Paris.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering role, with production automations you can point to.

Responsibilities

• Navigate context layer, app/service repos, MCPs, and automation tools to build end-to-end GTM workflows.
• Build custom agents and reusable agent skills on Cortex, and on custom builds when needed.
• Maintain agents for lead/account work: outreach, audience building, enrichment, event follow-up, referral routing.
• Map Sales/Marketing workflow backlog and decide Agent vs Automation vs Manual for each workflow.
