LumApps in Paris is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead cross-product GTM strategy for our AI-powered Employee Hub. You will translate product capabilities into compelling value messages, guide pricing, packaging, and demand generation, and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to drive adoption across Fortune 500 clients.

This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a hybrid Paris office, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• Hands-on AI in GTM, content refinement, or enablement tools.
• Proven GTM leadership for complex platform products at enterprise level.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence.
• Based in Paris with fluency in English; willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive GTM plans for cross-product initiatives.
• Lead new product GTMs, early access programs, GA launches.
• Develop pricing and packaging for cross-selling and new logos.
• Manage communications and migration paths during platform transitions.
• Enable Sales with decks, demos, and case studies.
• Mentor PMMs and drive execution excellence across teams.
