Synera, the AI Agent Platform for Engineering, is seeking a German-speaking sales professional to drive growth in Germany. You will join our distributed sales team, qualify opportunities, conduct demos, and push opportunities through to close with engineering software customers. You will own from day one, work with leading companies, and enjoy flexible work options in Germany. A strong B2B SaaS track record, an engineering mindset, and fluency in German and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B SaaS sales expertise in selling technically complex software.
• Established industry network within target market.
• Engineering background or hands-on experience with engineering software.
• Experience engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to present at conferences and industry events.
• You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Sell Synera's AI Agent Platform to engineering-focused customers.
• Qualify opportunities, conduct demos, and pitch value.
• Build and expand relationships with customers and partners.
• Close deals and drive new business in Germany.
