Job summary
Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a Junior Account Executive (German-speaking) to own the full sales cycle across the DACH market, from prospecting to closing deals in a remote-first setting.
You will identify hiring plans, articulate the value of international hiring solutions, and collaborate with BDRs to build a strong pipeline while leveraging AI tools and a CRM to drive results. Fluency in German and English is required.
Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or similar environment.
- Experience conducting discovery conversations to understand needs.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling.
- Results-oriented mindset with targets.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Familiarity with AI tools and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Identify prospects' hiring plans and compliance challenges through discovery.
- Articulate the value of international hiring solutions to stakeholders.
- Build pipeline and manage deal momentum with BDRs.
- Engage hiring managers with creative outreach strategies.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and keep CRM up to date.
- Learn from feedback and continuously improve performance.
