Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Developer in Paris to build partnerships with fintechs and SaaS providers across France. You will identify opportunities, design tailored solutions, and position Mastercard as the preferred partner in the payments ecosystem.

The role requires a solid understanding of fintech and embedded payments, strong business acumen, and consultative selling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in B2B sales, payments, or fintech
• Deep understanding of payments value chain or tech startups
• Proven solution-selling in fast-paced tech environments
• Fluency in French and English
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Based in Paris, France

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing relationships with fintechs and SaaS providers across key industry verticals in France.
• Lead commercial negotiations from first conversation through to contract signature and onboarding.
• Provide tailored Mastercard solutions and ensure effective implementation.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Represent Mastercard at trade shows and industry conferences as needed
