3S Money is seeking a Head of Sales in France to lead market development and build a high-performing French sales team. You will drive commercial growth, shape the France go-to-market, and forge strong relationships across the fintech/payments ecosystem.

This role demands hands-on business development, strategic leadership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, international environment while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling to fintech/payments in France.
• Extensive network in the French fintech/payments ecosystem.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial and hands-on leadership with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the French market.
• Drive new business acquisition through direct prospecting, networking, partnerships and referral channels.
• Build, manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support revenue growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the French sales team, fostering high performance.
• Establish relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company within the French payments, fintech and financial services ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Client Management teams.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and market insights for senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments for France.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and commercial efficiencies.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Contribute to wider international commercial initiatives and cross-border growth.
