Job summary

Sowelo Consulting seeks an experienced Strategic Account Executive – Retail to drive enterprise B2B SaaS sales across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, prospecting and building executive relationships to close complex deals.

You will target retailers, grocers, and distributors, with a focus on building market presence in France and neighboring markets. The role offers 37.5 hours weekly and flexible work location in France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of proven success in complex B2B SaaS/enterprise sales.
• Ability to build new territories and manage long enterprise cycles.
• Executive-level communication and business acumen for C-level presentations.
• Professional fluency in French (or German) and strong English.
• Experience with enterprise CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) for forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategy to generate pipeline for retail accounts in Europe.
• Identify bottlenecks and build quantified ROI business cases.
• Engage multi-threaded stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract close.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success to align solutions.
