Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for Paris to expand our Southern Europe presence. Based in Paris with remote work options, you will drive strategic deals and build a robust pipeline across the region.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our go-to-market strategy in South Europe and deliver high-impact results. The role requires 4+ years in enterprise sales, a track record of closing complex deals, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure.
• Proven success in building a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
• Experience selling to marketing and data personas.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across regions.
