AB Tasty is hiring a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise accounts in Paris. You will be the primary contact and trusted advisor to maximize value from the VWO/AB Tasty platform, guiding strategic reviews and onboarding journeys.

You will drive key metrics such as NRR, churn, and renewals, while collaborating with Product, Technical, and Sales teams to align priorities and unlock new opportunities across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment, with a track record in managing Enterprise accounts.
• Ability to collaborate across regions and cultures in an international setting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage a strategic portfolio of Enterprise accounts, as primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Drive metrics like NRR, churn, renewals, and customer health across your portfolio.
• Lead strategic business reviews, onboarding journeys, and platform demos tailored to clients.
• Liaise with Product, Technical, and Sales teams to align priorities and unlock opportunities.
• Contribute to CS strategy, playbooks, and best practices to scale excellence.
