Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the Southern Europe region, based in Paris. You will close complex deals, expand our presence, and shape go-to-market strategy with a fast-growing startup.

Candidates should have 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech or data infrastructure and be fluent in English and French. The role requires a hands-on, autonomous approach and strong stakeholder management across regions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure.
• Proven success in building a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions.
• Experience selling to marketing and data personas.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across regions.
