MiraklConnect Engineering at Mirakl is seeking a senior leader to drive two squads — Seller Experience and Channel Integration — with ~12 engineers across Paris and Bordeaux, and collaboration with US teams.

You will guide priorities with Product and Design, shape architecture, and raise engineering standards to deliver reliable scalability in a fast‑paced, global marketplace environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing engineering teams
• Experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, channel or catalog management
• Solid Java background with architectural decision experience
• Proven ability to deliver in fast‑moving environments
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones

Responsabilités

• Lead two engineering squads (Seller Experience & Channel Integration)
• Define priorities with Product and Design, balancing speed, quality and sustainability
• Drive technical direction, architecture choices and testing/observability practices
• Coach engineers and tech leads, support growth and talent attraction
• Build an efficient operating model and foster collaboration across distributed teams
