Job summary

Prophesee is seeking a Demand Generation Manager in Paris, hybrid with partial remote work. You will design, run and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline for industrial and defense markets.

Reporting to the CRO, you will lead the effort, collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align campaigns with growth objectives. The role requires 4–6 years in demand generation, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with paid search, social, email marketing, SEO,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B operational marketing.
• Experience in B2B tech, deeptech, or industrial technology preferred.
• Proven ability to run multi-channel campaigns and contribute to sales pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with paid search & social, email marketing, SEO, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and budget demand generation programs across digital, content and events.
• Design multi-channel campaigns (paid search/social, email, webinars, ABM) and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales to define audiences, criteria and handovers; optimize funnel.
• Manage events end-to-end and measure impact on leads and pipeline.
