H Company is seeking a growth-focused marketing leader to own the online engine driving enterprise pipeline. You will steer the website redesign, optimize conversion, and improve organic visibility across markets, while coordinating paid efforts and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 6+ years in digital or growth marketing for a B2B tech company, strong analytics, and fluency in English. Paris and London hybrid work with occasional travel.

Formación

• 6+ years in digital marketing, growth or web, including for a B2B SaaS or tech company selling to large enterprises.
• Experience leading an end-to-end website redesign with measurable impact on conversion and pipeline.
• Strong technical SEO skills and experimentation with AI visibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the website redesign (Foundations): brief, select and steer a web agency, from architecture and UX to build, launch and iteration.
• Turn visitors into pipeline (Conversion): design journeys by persona and use case, run A/B tests, optimize demo flow and routing with Sales/RevOps.
• Own organic visibility (SEO & GEO): lead site health, information architecture, keyword strategy, international SEO and AI answer visibility.
